At NeuroPet, your pet's wellbeing — and your peace of mind — come first. We stand behind every product we sell, and we've made our return process as simple and stress-free as possible.


Our 30-Day Calm Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of your delivery date, provided:

  • The item shows no visible damage caused after delivery
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided

Note: Opened or used sticker packs are not eligible for return, as our products are consumable wellness items — unless you tried the product and saw no results (see below).


Return Categories

1. Tried It, No Results - No Return Required If you used the product and didn't see results, we honor our satisfaction guarantee. You'll receive a full refund with no need to ship anything back.

2. Unused Product - Exchange or Refund If the product is unused and you'd like an exchange or refund, return shipping to our fulfillment warehouse is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

Email support@neuro-pet.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return. We respond within 1–2 business days with next steps — every request is handled personally.


Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Allow an additional 2–3 business days for the credit to appear. Note that payment processing fees from the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.


Exchanges

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? We'll replace it at no cost. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. Requests outside this window may not qualify.


Bundles & Promotions

If your order included a free item or bundle, the free item must be returned alongside the paid item for a full refund. Partial bundle returns are refunded based on the proportional value of items returned.


Unsuccessful Deliveries

Refunds are not issued if the carrier confirms a delivery attempt failed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


Late or Missing Refunds

Check with your bank first — processing times vary. If the issue persists after the expected timeframe, contact us at support@neuro-pet.com and we'll investigate promptly.
