Cancellation policy

Some NeuroPet products may be available as recurring subscription orders. This policy explains how those subscriptions work and how you can manage or cancel them at any time.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a NeuroPet product, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery schedule and frequency selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each shipment according to your chosen plan, unless you opt to pay the full amount upfront.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel at any time before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the following shipment.

You have full control over your subscription. You can pause, modify, or cancel at any time by logging into your account or by clicking the subscription management link included in every order confirmation email we send you.
