Shipping policy

Order Preparation

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, this may take slightly longer. Once sent to fulfillment, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Delivery Times

• United States: 4–8 business days

These are estimates only. Delays due to customs, carrier backlogs, or weather may occur. Items may arrive separately if shipped from different fulfillment centers.

Tracking

 You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow a short delay for the tracking to update. If there's no activity within 5 business days of shipment, contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once processed.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors, around your property, and contact the carrier directly. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Delays may occur due to customs, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions. We appreciate your patience in these cases.
