Place a sticker on your pet’s collar or on a nearby bed or carrier, or in the car—somewhere close to where your pet spends time. The goal is to keep the sticker nearby so your pet can be around its pheromone-inspired scent. Keep stickers out of reach of chewing, and do not apply them directly to skin or fur.

Each box contains six calming stickers, and each sticker is designed to last up to 72 hours (three days). That gives you up to 18 days of continuous use per box.

Replace each sticker after 72 hours (three days) with a fresh one. Replace it sooner if it becomes damaged or no longer stays securely in place.

No. Every pet is different, and individual experiences may vary. Our calming stickers are designed to complement your pet’s everyday routine in a gentle way, but results are not guaranteed. For persistent or severe anxiety, speak with your veterinarian.

Choose the product labeled for your pet: drops for cats or drops for dogs. Check the packaging directions and suitability information before use.

The drops are supplied in 1 ml applicators, with bundles of two, three, or four applicators. Your selected bundle determines the number of applicators in each order.

Follow the instructions on your product label. The product page shows the application steps: open the applicator, part the fur at the base of the neck, and apply to exposed skin as directed.

One month per applicator

No. Subscription frequency controls when another order is sent. It does not change the amount to apply or how often to use the product. Follow the product label for application.

Select your product and bundle, choose Subscribe & Save, and review the delivery frequency before checkout. The selected bundle is sent on a recurring basis until you change or cancel the subscription under the subscription policy.

Match the delivery interval to how quickly your household uses the selected bundle. Check the interval separately from the bundle size: choosing a larger bundle does not necessarily select a longer delivery interval.
